We had our main bathroom renovated by Oxford Bathrooms and are very happy with the result. Thank you to the Oxford team! Oxford’s quote was very reasonable and any variations charged to us were appropriate. The project took nearly 4 months to complete, partly due to delays beyond Oxford’s control. The Project Manager, Thomas, was very responsive and did a good job in managing the various trades. The demolition team and the tradespeople all set a high standard and would return to rectify problems and fix small details. However, I needed to be an active customer in order to receive the best outcomes, through regular contact with the Project Manager, speaking with the tradespeople about their work, and closely examining the outcome of the work at each stage. In hindsight, I would have liked more detailed plans prepared at the beginning to guide the work rather than our needing to make design decisions “on the run” with Thomas and the tradespeople

Very happy with the finish of the bathroom. Steve's communication was great and very upfront with anything that needed to be done or that might need to be done. Right from the initial design to guiding us through the strata rules nightmare Oxford were amazing. We chose them to renovate our Laundry room which includes our downstairs toilet. The project manager Mat was very hands on calling us almost daily to check progress. All the tradies arrived when they were supposed to and did a magnificent job. Everything was done well within the agreed timelines. Mat even made some suggestions such as adding more cabinet space which improved both the appearance and functionality of the room. We needed to renovate our old bathroom laundry and decided to go with Oxford Bathroom Brookvale. The best part of the process was our relationship with our Project manager Matt whose commitment, organisation and attention to detail were excellent. His tradies were great and we are happy with their workmanship. We now have a new bathroom and laundry which we are proud of. Love my bathrooms. Staff were amazing. Project manager Tony was awesome. The entire team from start to finish were super helpful & great at their jobs. We’d been putting off replacing two elderly  bathrooms- a main and en-suite- as we hadn’t found anyone we could confidently task with this major, complex renovation … until Oxford Bathrooms. They proved that in the right hands, even tricky renovations can be a breeze. Each stage was handled with courtesy and expertise, starting in  the showroom with Mel, who understood our vision and guided us to the right raw materials. We were especially impressed  by project manager James, who deftly coordinated a small army of tradespeople and handled unexpected challenges with good humour and skill- always going above and beyond to achieve the best results, right down to the smallest details. We couldn’t have been in better hands and would recommend choosing Oxford and asking for James to project-manage your renovation. I highly recommend Oxford Bathrooms if you can get Matthew Sweeny to coordinate the job as the project manager. Mat has been great, very responsive and tried to address all the issues immediately. Bathroom renovations can be hugely rewarding but never underestimate their complexity! We were very happy with the product offerings and the service provided by Oxford Bathrooms and feel blessed we were allocated the experienced Mat Sweeney as our Project Manager. We were faced with several unexpected challenges during the renovation of two bathrooms back to back, and Mat methodically worked through these while in constant liaison with the tradesmen on our behalf. We had our bathroom Reno done a few months ago ( always nice to give it time before reviewing! ) It is an old house and we were worried what might be hidden but the Oxford team were professional and the results are amazing. We have been dealing with Oxford Bathrooms for around 18 months now. I have always found the staff to be very friendly & helpful. In particular we tested the owner, Tony Kaddis’ integrity. He is man of integrity, a man of his word  who I believe will give you excellent and honest service. The showroom is an excellent place to view complete bathroom fit outs. The original project manager that we had left our job. Up to this point communication was poor to say the least. Didn’t know when trades were coming and the job they did had to be reworked. Matt was then assigned to our job and it was a completely different experience. Communication was good and I knew what the plan was going to be until the end of the job. Our original project manager became ill and there was a delay in starting our bathroom renovation post demolition. Matt picked up the job and worked tirelessly to get it back on schedule to meet our deadline due to a booked holiday. Matt spent considerable time reviewing the plans and we were very happy with his input and ideas.
