Your design consultant comes to your home first, at no cost and no obligation, to measure the room and talk through what will actually work in it. You then finalise selections at the showroom, where our in store offers and supplier deals are applied to your written quote on the day.

What people ask before booking the first visit.
Once we have measured your room and locked in your selections, you get the price in writing. It covers demolition, materials, labour, waterproofing, removal and warranty. It changes if you change your selections, or if something structural turns up that could not be seen until the old bathroom came out.
Yes. The first visit is at your place, free and with no obligation. Your consultant measures the room, looks at the plumbing and layout and tells you what is realistic before you spend anything. It usually takes about half an hour.
Because the final price depends on your selections, and selections are made at the display where you can see and handle everything at full scale. That is also where our in store offers and supplier deals get applied to your quote. There is no deposit and nothing to sign on the day.
Allow about an hour. That is long enough to walk the displays, go through your photos and measurements, choose your finishes and have the price worked out with you.
For the in home visit, nothing. Your consultant brings the tape measure. For the showroom appointment, bring a rough budget and anything you have saved on Pinterest or Instagram, it tells us more in two minutes than talking does in twenty. Bring your partner if you can, decisions get made twice when only one person sees the tiles.
You get Home Owners Warranty through icare, a waterproofing certificate on completion and a 10 year warranty on our workmanship. We are a licensed builder, NSW Licence No. 128775C.
