We had our main bathroom renovated by Oxford Bathrooms and are very happy with the result. Thank you to the Oxford team! Oxford’s quote was very reasonable and any variations charged to us were appropriate. The project took nearly 4 months to complete, partly due to delays beyond Oxford’s control. The Project Manager, Thomas, was very responsive and did a good job in managing the various trades. The demolition team and the tradespeople all set a high standard and would return to rectify problems and fix small details. However, I needed to be an active customer in order to receive the best outcomes, through regular contact with the Project Manager, speaking with the tradespeople about their work, and closely examining the outcome of the work at each stage. In hindsight, I would have liked more detailed plans prepared at the beginning to guide the work rather than our needing to make design decisions “on the run” with Thomas and the tradespeople

Right from the initial design to guiding us through the strata rules nightmare Oxford were amazing. We chose them to renovate our Laundry room which includes our downstairs toilet. The project manager Mat was very hands on calling us almost daily to check progress. All the tradies arrived when they were supposed to and did a magnificent job. Everything was done well within the agreed timelines. Mat even made some suggestions such as adding more cabinet space which improved both the appearance and functionality of the room. We were especially impressed  by project manager James, who deftly coordinated a small army of tradespeople and handled unexpected challenges with good humour and skill- always going above and beyond to achieve the best results, right down to the smallest details.
